Now in its third consecutive year, UWI-ROYTEC commenced the Pathway to Success 2025 at its Henry Street Campus on July 14th, 2025. This programme is one (1) of UWI-ROYTEC's signature Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives which focusses on community engagement and education.  The programme attracts Secondary School students from across the country with workshops held at our North Campus on Henry Street, Port of Spain and our South Campus at Naparima College, San Fernando. In 2025, for the first time since the programme's inception, there will be nine (9) Secondary School students participating from the sister isle, Tobago.

This highly dynamic and interactive programme is geared towards Secondary School Students awaiting CSEC and CAPE results and exposes them to career paths and opportunities in the fields of Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources & Entrepreneurship.

Every week from July 14th to August 8, 2025, a cohort of 45 students will have the opportunity to benefit from this programme that aims to assist students in navigating the next steps in their educational journeys. Participating in interactive sessions, making presentations and engaging with industry experts who share their professional journeys and tips for success.
