The Library is far more than just a place for books - it serves as an indispensable partner in study, teaching and research at UWI-ROYTEC.

The main Library is located at the UWI-ROYTEC North Campus at 136-138 Henry Street, Port-of-Spain. Library facilities are also available at the South Campus at Naparima College, Paradise Pasture, San Fernando. UWIlinC Access

UWIlinC access while off-campus is currently available to faculty and students in the BDM, BISM, B.Ed. and MSBP programmes. Students in other programmes of study will receive off-campus access in time for the September 2023 academic year, but may use UWIlinC from a UWI-ROYTEC campus computer without signing in. Please contact the Library for any assistance required.

UWI-ROYTEC students may access electronic resources from the UWI Library. Access is quick and easy as a single search box allows the user to search free and subscribed content from databases, electronic journals and electronic books.

Some of the databases that are available for research are: Psychinfo, Emerald, Ebscohost, Business Source Complete, Proquest, Academic Search Complete
EBooks are available from sources such as: Ebrary, Gale Virtual Reference Library, MyiLibrary
Electronic Journals are available in subject areas such as: Business, Economy and Management, Information Technology, Law, Social Sciences

Username

Students: Your username is your Student ID number.
For example, if your student ID is 20999099, your username is also 20999099.
Faculty: Your username is your Faculty ID number preceeded by 700.
For example, if your Faculty ID is 90999, your username will be 70090999.

Password

All users: Your password is your UWI-ROYTEC Microsoft 365 password (Email/Teams/Canvas)
