ACTT Accredited Institution

The Board of Directors, management and staff of The UWI School of Business and Applied Studies Limited (UWI-ROYTEC) are pleased to announce the award of Institutional Accreditation from The Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (The ACTT) for the maximum period of seven (7) years from August 08, 2017 to August 07, 2024.

Having considered the impact of COVID-19 on the operation of institutions, the Board of Directors of The ACTT took the decision in December 2021 that the status of all accredited institutions and their programmes would be extended by one (1) year. As a result of this, UWI-ROYTEC’s accredited status will now expire on August 07, 2025.

UWI-ROYTEC values its accredited status as it serves to inform our existing and potential students about the academic quality of the institution's programmes. UWI-ROYTEC has always held itself accountable to national standards of quality and will continue to be guided by our Quality Management System that is recognized by The ACTT. We assure all stakeholders that the institution will continue to make appropriate and adequate provisions for the financial, physical and staffing resources required to support a high level of academic quality and administrative effectiveness.
