UWI-ROYTEC & Franklin University's Executive Leadership training continued on August 19th and 20th 2015 at the Cara Suites Hotel & Conference Centre, Claxton Bay.

Following a successful launch of the Executive Leadership Series on June 23rd and 24th 2015, a strategic decision was made to offer the programme in south Trinidad to allow the southern business community to benefit from the training.

Targeted towards newly minted managers, senior managers, company executives, department heads and entrepreneurs, this training programme focused on Strategy, Leadership and Culture, during which participants:

1) Explored the key attributes of an effective organization
2) Were exposed to the dynamics between Organizational Culture and Strategy
3) Examined the dynamics between Organizational Strategy and Leadership
4) Evaluated Leadership Styles and its impact on Organizational Effectiveness

At the end of the programme on August 20th 2015, twenty four (24) senior executives of the local business, education, hospitality, construction and energy fraternities were presented with their well-deserved certificates in Strategy, Leadership and Culture from UWI-ROYTEC and Franklin University.
