ROYTEC’s Diploma Programmes allow aspiring managers and working professionals to master the essential skills required to meet today's toughest business challenges. These programmes are built on best practices and real-world methods that address the knowledge and skills required for the workplace. The practical hands-on courses are supported by academic theories, case studies and opportunities for application in the workplace. Class options are designed for working professionals who value flexibility, exceptional customer service, and a quality learning experience. Diploma Programmes:All Diploma in Management programmes are offered over a period of one (1) academic year or three (3) terms with the exception of the Diploma in Credit Union Managment. Select courses allow students to gain academic credit toward the ROYTEC Associate of Science Degree in Management (ADM) leading to the University of New Brunswick Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (BBA). Admission RequirementsA minimum of five (5) CXC passes, (General Proficiency) Grades I and II (Grade III accepted from June 1998 onwards) or five (5) GCE O’Level passes, Grades A, B and C (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics Students may also be considered on the basis of work experience, training and educational background, as deemed relevant by ROYTEC and may be subject to an interview.
