The Information Technology Unit is currently seeking appropriately technically inclined students to assist the Unit with after-hours technical support and supervision of the Henry Street computer lab facility.

Candidates must:

• Be a current ROYTEC student registered for classes
• Be capable of working well without supervision
• Be technically competent in the use of computer hardware and software
• Have strong customer service skills
  

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the Student Computer Lab
• Troubleshooting computers and multimedia equipment including network and audio/visual connectivity
• Providing support and guidance to faculty and students in the use of:
  • Computer systems and multimedia equipment
  • The Microsoft Office 2010 Suite of applications
  • Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8
• Assisting the IT Unit in other technical duties as may be requested from time to time
